With the “Second Wave” of the Pandemic, the challenges highlighted in this video are re-emerging, sometimes even stronger. The best way to keep our stress and fatigue down, is to actually talk about it, to get it off our chest, so we can feel less heavy. When we talk about it and share it with others, we discover that everyone has similar challenges and anxieties, so we feel less alone.
